State of the art software developers.
The group's software development subsidiary. Building the systems that run financial desks — client management, trading platform connectivity and call monitoring — since 2019.
A software house that only builds for one industry.
WWM Technology is the group's software development subsidiary. It was set up in 2019 to build specialised software for financial services and call centres, and it has done nothing else since.
Software for regulated financial operations is not a general-purpose CRM with a few extra fields. It has to speak to trading platforms, respect who is allowed to see a client's contact details, and survive being read back by a regulator two years later.
We started building for that problem in 2019, under W.W.M. Holding Limited. In 2020 we launched ARMS, and it has been in continuous production use with financial institutions since. Everything we have learned since then went back into the same product.
The team covers the full delivery surface — development, UX, and the strategic work of deciding what a desk actually needs before a line of it is written.
Custom systems, not configured templates.
Each deployment is built around how the customer's desk actually runs — its brands, its pools, its counterparties and its compliance obligations.
Financial CRM development
Client and agent management for firms where a single client materially moves the numbers. Built so process and compliance rules are enforced by the system rather than remembered by staff.
Trading platform integration
Direct API work against MT4, MT5, cTrader and Match Trader, plus phone systems, mail servers and the other tools a desk already runs. Multiple counterparties connected at the same time.
Product, UX and strategy
The work before the code: mapping the desk, deciding what gets measured, and designing screens agents will use several hundred times a day without resenting them.
ARMS.
Advanced Retention Management System.
The CRM built specifically for financial professionals. It streamlines the operation, keeps agents productive, and puts the whole desk — clients, pools, brands, platforms and teams — on one screen.
Managers and back office work in a dedicated desktop application. Agents get the client view, the trading account and the phone, without ever handling raw contact details.
Three things a financial desk cannot run without.
Visibility over the whole operation, strict control of who sees client data, and a working connection to every platform the desk already uses.
Performance tracking
Monitor the operation from first contact to outcome. Full visibility into clients, pools, brands, platforms and teams, with reporting that holds up when someone asks how a number was reached.
Advanced security
Client data is protected by default. Most employees never see client contact details at all, and access by those who are authorised is monitored and logged.
Integrations
Connected to the major trading platforms — MetaTrader 4 and 5, cTrader and Match Trader — plus phone system providers, email services and the rest of the stack, with multiple counterparties wired in at the same time.
Built around the call, not around the contact record.
Most CRMs store what happened. ARMS measures it — what state the client was in, what changed during the conversation, and whether the process was followed.
- 01
Overview
A business-oriented system carrying years of industry experience, built so employees perform at their best and clients get the care they are owed. It holds staff to your business processes and compliance requirements rather than relying on them to remember.
- 02
Call success monitoring
Client, trading account and phone system are tightly integrated, so each call is measured on several data points at once — the state of the client’s account when the call began, and any material change during the conversation.
- 03
Call statistics
Beyond the outcome of a call, the system tracks how long employees spend on each type of call and how long they spend on break. Activity becomes a number you can manage instead of an impression.
- 04
Global reach
Originally built for large-scale introducers who had to connect to several counterparties at once. It now runs inside financial institutions worldwide, managing direct and IB operations on the same platform.
- 05
AI call monitoring
Opt in and every call can be transcribed into the system, summarised so the content is clear at a glance, and flagged for compliance review against parameters you set. Powered by WWM AI Call Monitoring, which integrates with ARMS natively.
- 06
Lower your costs
A single client complaint in financial services can cost hundreds of thousands when an employee has not followed procedure. Enforcing the procedure is the cheapest form of insurance available.
The detail that actually decides a deployment.
Nine capabilities that come as standard. They are what separate a system built for a trading desk from a CRM with a trading-desk skin.
- F/01
MT4, MT5, cTrader and Match Trader
Direct API connections to MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and Match Trader at any broker, so a desk is never locked to one platform or one counterparty.
- F/02
Positions synced from the platform
Open positions are pulled from the trading servers onto ours. An agent sees the client’s account whichever platform and whichever broker actually holds it.
- F/03
Margin-level alerts
Margin level is polled continuously across every connected platform, so agents are notified about a client approaching a margin call in near real time rather than after the fact.
- F/04
Click-to-call with masked contacts
Calls are placed from inside the system. Agents reach the client without the client’s phone number ever being visible to them.
- F/05
Scheduled calls
Agents book their calls ahead. The day is planned rather than improvised, and the plan is something a manager can see.
- F/06
Automatic timezone resolution
The system works out the correct local time for both client and agent, so nobody is called at two in the morning by accident.
- F/07
Outgoing mail through your own server
Connects to any mail server for outbound email, letting agents send broker-specific templates straight to the client from your domain.
- F/08
Reporting across the whole book
Advanced reporting over clients, pools, brands, platforms and teams, so performance can be read at any level of the operation.
- F/09
Role-based access, fully logged
Client details are restricted from most employees outright. Where access is granted, it is monitored and logged for later review.
Tell us how your desk runs.
Every ARMS deployment is shaped around an existing operation — its brands, its pools, its counterparties. Start with a description of yours and we will tell you honestly what fits.
